Shipping FAQ

All orders are shipped in unmarked boxes or envelopes. No one will ever know what's inside. We typically ship orders next day business day for orders places after 12:00 pm and same day shipment if orders are places before noon time. We ship most via USPS and tracking will be emailed with order shipment confirmation. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday from our Boston location. You can email us at support@weedgets.com with any shipping related questions. If you provide wrong address you may be charged for new order shipment.

Weedgets merchandise can be ordered online at Weedgets.com and can be shipped anywhere in the world.

It can take 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days).  Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday - Friday. Customers may experience a delay in their orders due to the postal services being at max capacity.

Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:

- Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive

- Check the surrounding area for the package

- Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you

- There may have been a notice of attempted delivery

- Contact your local USPS with your tracking number

If the billing address and shipping address do not match, then the order will not process successfully.

Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution for the funds to reflect back into your account.

NOTICE: If we do not receive any communication from a customer within 30 days of us contacting them, the order will be cancelled.

You will receive an email if your order is over $200 due to potential fraudulent issues, and you will have 30 days to confirm your purchase or it will be cancelled.

Returns AND Exchanges FAQ

You can return any unused items within 30 days of the date of delivery. You must contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery, or we will not accept the return. We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in it's own packaging we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Do not try to return a used item. Even if you used it once, we will not take it.

General Inquiries

Product safety and quality are top priorities for Weedgets. All of our products are tested by state-licensed, independent labs to ensure they are free of harmful chemicals and metals. We also maintain the highest quality by only using medical grade materials.

Wholesale or bulk orders are only available to licensed retailers.

If you are a licensed retailer, please send us a copy of your state business license and contact information to distributors@weedgets.com, and our wholesale department will follow up.

All of our products can be easily cleaned by disassembling and submerging in isopropyl alcohol for 3-5 hours (best if soaked overnight), then thoroughly rinsed with hot tap water.
