All orders are shipped in unmarked boxes or envelopes. No one will ever know what's inside. We typically ship orders next day business day for orders places after 12:00 pm and same day shipment if orders are places before noon time.. We ship most via USPS and tracking will be emailed with order shipment confirmation. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday from our Boston location. You can return any unused items within 30 days of the date of delivery. You must contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery, or we will not accept the return. We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in it's own packaging we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Do not try to return a used item.
